Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree plus 7 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.

• Preferred: Master’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor components of oversight programs in Research Integrity and Compliance within the Research Administration Department.
• Coordinate institutional-wide initiatives in areas such as human participants, animals, bio-hazards, export controls, research security and financial conflict disclosures.
• Assist review committees by providing administrative management of electronic approval systems and record keeping.
• Serve as a designated contact to respond to requests from faculty, staff, and students for guidance and training in compliance topics.
• Develop and implement training and written procedures for emerging regulatory issues.
• Coordinate actions for oversight committees to ensure timely reviews and approvals and support committees like IACUC; prepare communications and reports.
