Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory.

The role involves drafting legal documents, managing templates and records, and performing research under limited supervision. The candidate will provide legal counsel to staff on business objectives and policy implications, ensuring compliance and proper filing systems.

Qualifications

Completion of a law degree from an accredited program is required.
License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
5 years of experience working in legal required.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

Draft legal documents and templates.
Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
Perform records and legal research and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.
Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and policy implications.
Research statutes, contracts, and legal codes.
File legal documents in digital and physical filing systems.
Develop processes for indexing and filing legal documents and managing contracts.
Other duties as assigned.
