Job summary

Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers in Ardmore, OK is seeking a Crisis Intervention Specialist to provide emergency mental health services to children and adults on a rotating 24/7 schedule, with phone or in-person responses.

The role requires an LPC/LCSW/LADC-MH license, a Master’s degree in a mental health field, and strong communication and judgment skills. You will document in EMR, coordinate with other professionals, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health or substance use field required.
• Oklahoma licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LADC-MH.
• Strong written and oral communication with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency mental health services to children and adults on a 24/7 rotating schedule.
• Perform emergency screening and assessments to determine levels of care.
• Consult with medical, law enforcement, and other mental health professionals as indicated.
• Provide backup coverage for other team members as necessary.
• Complete documentation in EMR and required reports/logs.
