Job summary

The South Carolina Department of Social Services seeks a Regional Prevention Services Coordinator for the Pee Dee region to provide regional operational support and align with statewide prevention goals.

You will serve as a regional liaison among counties and providers, coordinate FFPSA and service arrays, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous quality improvement while safeguarding PII and promoting equitable access.

Qualifications

• Coordinate FFPSA and Child Welfare Service Array programs across regions.
• Serve as regional liaison; provide consultation, training, coaching, and technical assistance.
• Monitor referrals, service utilization, provider capacity, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular county presence and represent the agency in regional and statewide forums.
• Identify and resolve barriers to referrals and timely service access.
• Develop provider partnerships and support contract compliance and service delivery.
