Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in a variety of roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers and clients
• Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking system
• Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding paperworkCollaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and match candidates accordingly
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and associates
• Track daily activity, meet performance metrics, and contribute to office goals
