Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA actively seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to implement evidence-based interventions for children with autism, collaborating with BCBA teams to deliver individualized plans.

Travel to client locations is required; if not certified, RBT certification must be completed within the first 3 months of employment. The role emphasizes compassionate care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have the ability to travel between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
