BK Healthcare Management is seeking motivated individuals to join as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The role focuses on delivering one-on-one ABA services in client homes or community settings, using evidence-based strategies to support developmental goals.

We offer immediate pay options, flexible scheduling, and pathways for career advancement within a supportive clinical team. Prior ABA exposure helps, and paid training is provided for those new to the field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Paid training is provided.
• Experience in ABA or with individuals with Autism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families.
