Malama Pono Autism Center in Kihei, HI is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work 1:1 with children, helping them meet communication, social, and daily living goals.

You will receive paid training, sign-on bonus, and a benefits package. The role requires energy, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm with under 30 hours per week; starting pay is $24 per hour, with future opportunities for raises.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background screening.
• Ability to work at Kihei clinic.
• Role requires frequent movement and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Work 1:1 with each client to support goals.
• Track client progress on a tablet.
• Follow daily plans designed by the supervisor.
• Complete session notes and prep for tomorrow.
