Qualifications

• BACB RBT certification required.
• 0 years of experience as an RBT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to support children with autism and related disorders.
• Provide positive behavioral support and reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Conduct assessments and data collection to track progress and inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure seamless and effective treatment delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure a high level of caregiver-buy-in and family engagement.
