Job summary

Brilliant Minds ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individualized behavior intervention plans designed by our BCBAs. You will work directly with clients to help develop communication, social, and daily living skills while fostering independence and confidence.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings (home, school, community).
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional relationship with clients and their families.
