• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with clients of varying ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to adjust treatment plans.
• Provide a supportive, engaging environment for clients to thrive.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices.
