Job summary

Little Acorn ABA in Lorain, OH is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA services to children and families in Lorain, Ohio.

You will work on a 1:1 basis in clients' homes, schools, and community settings, implementing plans developed by a BCBA, collecting data, and helping children develop essential communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions
• Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
