Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or community settings. The role offers mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Benefits include flexible scheduling, annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for averaging 25 hours/week, holiday pay, and the potential to advance to BCBA with company support. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• Ability to engage children in home, school, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
