Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral health services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across North Carolina. The role emphasizes evidence-based ABA techniques and collaboration with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
• Ability to communicate with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
