Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Hugoton, KS. This role offers flexible schedules, competitive pay, and opportunities for certification support and growth.

You’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, under BCBA supervision, with a focus on client progress and family collaboration. Ideal candidates have or are pursuing RBT certification, a high school diploma, and a willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
