Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking RBTs for part-time roles to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record data, and support families as part of a dedicated clinical team.

The role starts as part-time with opportunities for advancement, and paid training is provided. Any candidate should be compassionate, patient, and eager to make a difference for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
