Heartland Behavior is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in their homes or community locations across Iowa. This part-time role offers career growth within a supportive clinical team and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to ABA techniques.
• Experience in ABA or related field is preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building plans.
