Heartland Behavior seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings across Iowa. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services, work closely with a clinical team, and help clients achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Act as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
