Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services and contribute to individualized care plans under supervision.

The role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and same-day pay with immediate access to earned wages. Training is provided, and career advancement through BCBA schooling partnerships is available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities
