ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings in Monroe, CT. You will implement BCBA-designed plans and collect progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or communities.
• Implement plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document client progress data with families and teams.
• Maintain a safe, confidential, and respectful therapy environment.
