Qualifications

• Experience in child education or psychology is needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in a home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.

Skills

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Experience working with children in ABA therapy

Ability to actively engage with clients

Education

High school diploma required

Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education or related field preferred
