Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Spring Lake, Michigan. This part-time role offers the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, along with ongoing mentorship and training to support your career development.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Experience in education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage physically with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans from BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
