Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Troy, Michigan. This role offers flexible scheduling with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. As an RBT, you will receive ongoing mentorship and training while working one-on-one with children in various settings.

Your responsibilities include implementing ABA-based treatment plans, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families to ensure success. The ideal candidate will have an active RBT certification and experience in ABA or related fields.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is mandatory.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is essential.
• High school diploma required, preferably with a Bachelor's in Psychology or Education.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Collect and record client progress data.

Skills

Experience working with children in ABA therapy

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education
