House of Hearts ABA seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school settings. You will follow treatment plans from our BCBA team and track progress using simple systems, with strong family collaboration.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain; guidance provided)
• Love for working with children
• Positive, team-first mindset
• Reliable transportation to visit homes and schools

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools
• Follow treatment plans created by BC BAs
• Track progress with easy-to-use systems (training provided)
• Collaborate with families and teammates to help kids thrive
• Bring energy, compassion, and care to every session
