House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver engaging 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools. You will follow plans laid out by BCBA mentors and track progress using our user-friendly systems.

This role offers a flexible schedule, full-time and part-time options, and a supportive, heart-driven team focused on growth and meaningful impact for children and families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) required.
• Passion for working with children.
• Positive, team-first attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA supervisors.
• Track progress using our systems (training provided).
• Collaborate with families and teammates to help kids thrive.
