Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, under the guidance of a BCBA, and collect data to track progress.

We offer flexible schedules with both part-time and full-time options, competitive pay, and opportunities for certification assistance and career growth. A High School diploma is required, and reliable transportation is a must to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy or working with children experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
