Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under a BCBA-designed plan and documenting client progress.

Candidates should have or be pursuing RBT certification, a high school diploma (college preferred), and be able to pass a background check. Reliable transportation and local travel are required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
