Job summary

ABA Journey is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Temple, Georgia. The role provides 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, under the supervision of a BCBA.

Flexible schedules and opportunities for training and certification support are offered. Qualifications include an RBT certification (or willingness to obtain), a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Pass background check and have reliable transportation.
• Previous ABA therapy experience with children is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
