Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Georgia. The role offers schedule flexibility, growth opportunities, and guidance to help you become the best clinical therapist you can be.

You will provide direct 1:1 services, implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA and families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written skills.
• Able to communicate with co-workers, supervising BCBA, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
