Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) to join our team in Georgia. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic and implement plans created by a BCBA.

Accurate data collection and collaboration with families are essential to drive client progress. Ideal candidates have or are willing to obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and can pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Must be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
