Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect client progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure successful outcomes.

We value flexibility with part-time and full-time schedules, offering opportunities for growth, certification assistance, and generous PTO. A background check and reliable transportation are required, and Spanish fluency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Must speak fluent Spanish.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
