Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. This role offers 1:1 in-home, in-school, or in-clinic therapy with BCBA-designed plans, data collection, and collaboration with families to drive client success.

Flexible shifts are available, with both part-time and full-time options. Candidates must be willing to obtain RBT certification and pass a background check; transportation locally is required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
