Job summary

Acclimate ABA in Utah is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and document progress while collaborating with caregivers and peers. We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities, with training and growth in ABA therapy within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Commitment to supporting clients with compassion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
