Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for growth. Pay ranges from $19 to $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Able to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test within a year.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Maintain safety and adapt activities to children’s needs.
