Job summary

True Progress Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in New Jersey. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, under the supervision of a BCBA, and help families support client progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
