Job summary

The ideal candidate will design inspection processes, partner with suppliers, and support product quality management. Applicants should possess strong analytical skills, relevant engineering degrees, and have 6–8 years of experience in quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with supplier quality processes and problem solving.
• 6–8+ years of experience in manufacturing quality and/or supplier quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and sustain incoming material inspection processes.
• Establish inspection methods and control plans.
• Drive improvements for efficient flow.
• Support the Cedar Rapids Quality Management System.
