Job summary

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor cases, analyze data, and support performance improvement for child welfare services. This role reports to the QA leadership and collaborates with Case Management and executive staff.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree plus experience in data analysis; willingness to travel locally and statewide is required. Florida FSFN/JJIS familiarity is a plus, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience with child welfare data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Florida statutes and contract terms relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cases and analyze data to assess performance and outcomes.
• Produce performance reports for senior leadership.
• Provide technical assistance to Case Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with laws, contracts, and standards.
• Support external monitoring reviews and monthly case monitoring.
