Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time team in New Jersey. Working in SNF and long-term care settings, you’ll deliver evidence-based therapy with competitive pay and strong clinical support from experienced PTs.

You’ll collaborate with therapists to identify appropriate patients, implement treatment plans, document progress, and ensure regulatory compliance, while contributing to program growth and your own professional development

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
