Job summary

Sunnyview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Butler, PA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy to improve mobility and independence. Join a dedicated interdisciplinary team focused on quality care for the geriatric population.

New grads welcome; licensure in PA or eligibility preferred. Prior SNF/LTC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical problem-solving skills.
Genuine passion for working with the geriatric population.
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
Provide skilled therapy to improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive resident outcomes.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on safe mobility and functional strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using Net Health and PCC.
