Qualifications

• TX license or compact license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, differential diagnose, and identify deficits in movement and daily activities.
• Develop individualized treatment plan with patient-centered goals to reduce pain and restore function.
• Ongoing reassessment and discharge planning beginning at the first visit.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary staff and students per state laws.
• Document clearly and timely in accordance with policies and regulations.
