Cynet Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week traveling contract. This role focuses primarily on Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) settings, with some involvement in outpatient, home health, and assisted living/independent living clients.

We emphasize compassionate, hands-on rehabilitation and uphold core values of excellence in care. The position offers a traveling contract with Monday–Friday shifts, starting as soon as possible.
