Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team. You will provide one-on-one therapy, follow physician orders, and help residents improve function and quality of life in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• Associate’s of applied science degree in the area of discipline.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents.
• Assist with rehabilitative services under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Mentorship and hands-on experience utilizing innovative therapies.
• Support career advancement and participate in care plans.
