Job summary

Stream Realty Partners, a leading Dallas-based commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of assets for third-party clients. You will handle day-to-day operations, tenant/vendor relations, and financial reporting to ensure high service standards.

You will collaborate with Construction, Leasing, Marketing, and Accounting teams, manage budgets and CAM reconciliations, and supervise assigned staff, while adhering to Stream’s core values of smart,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years in commercial property management.
Strong written and verbal communication with clients, vendors, and teams.
Experience preparing budgets, ownership reports, and CAM reconciliations.
Proficiency in real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Teams.
Analytical and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day property management activities, including operations, payables, and reporting.
Oversee budgets, forecasts, and CAM reconciliations.
Liaise with tenants, vendors, and clients to ensure service quality.
Collaborate with Construction, Leasing, Marketing, and Accounting teams to deliver high service levels.
Supervise assigned personnel and review performance.
Coordinate contracts, services, and capital projects.
