Empire State Development, LLC seeks a Project Manager for the GO-SEMI Green CHIPS program to oversee day-to-day execution, tracking, and compliance. The role translates policy requirements into workflows for companies and stakeholders and reports to the Director of Strategy and Operations, GO-SEMI.

The position involves managing projects, coordinating with internal and external partners, and supporting event coordination. Hybrid in-office presence may be required based on duties and ESD policy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2–3 years of related experience.
• Fellowship experience may fulfill work requirements.
• Experience with NYS economic development processes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Green CHIPS program management processes and procedures for statutory requirements.
• Optimize implementation processes and track deliverables across the portfolio.
• Manage individual Green CHIPS projects and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Process payment vouchers and maintain real-time financial disbursement logs.
• Prepare briefing materials and weekly status updates for GO-SEMI leadership.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for participating companies and stakeholders.
