Job summary

The Project Manager, GO-SEMI supports the execution and management of New York State's Green CHIPS program at Empire State Development, working directly with companies receiving incentives and managing program compliance, data, and stakeholder relationships.

The role involves developing program processes, tracking project deliverables, processing financial disbursements, and maintaining communication with participating companies and internal leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, business administration, economics, urban planning, communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of full-time experience in project management, event coordination, economic development, data management, or related fields.
• Experience with NYS economic development processes and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and project management software.
• Collaborative ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
