This full-time position emphasizes cost-to-complete analysis, coordination with internal and external teams, and maintaining project documentation. Required: High School Diploma or equivalent and either a Construction Management degree or four years of progressive electrical trade experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in Construction Management or 4 years electrical trade experience also required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with cost to complete on a monthly basis.
• Maintain open communications with the project team and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper maintenance of construction documents.
• Coordinate and procure materials and manage submittals.
• Close out the project with vendors and manage change orders.
