Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Electrical Construction experience. This critical leadership role is responsible for providing direction to the project team to complete projects on time while maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and customer loyalty. The Electrical Project Manager will lead day‑to‑day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of a project.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Manage all project team members: Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators.
- Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast‑paced growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate understanding and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of EIG.
- Maintain 100% detailed and hands‑on knowledge of project scope.
- Control costs, billings, and collections for assigned projects.
- Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect.
- Challenge and support jobsite and self‑perform work teams.
- Accountability for project completion, financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.

- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., Prolog), accounting cost management software (e.g., CMIC), and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera).

Education and Experience
- Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
- Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with running multiple complex, highly technical projects preferably within core markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of Project Management within Electrical Commercial Construction.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Travel to and from the office as well as assigned job site(s).
