• Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast‑paced growth.
• Control costs, billings, and collections for assigned projects.
• Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect.
• Ensure project completion, financial accountability, and customer satisfaction.

This critical leadership role is responsible for providing direction to the project team to complete projects on time while maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and customer loyalty. The Electrical Project Manager will lead day‑to‑day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of a project.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Manage all project team members: Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators.
• Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast‑paced growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of EIG.
• Maintain 100% detailed and hands‑on knowledge of project scope.
• Control costs, billings, and collections for assigned projects.
• Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect.
• Challenge and support jobsite and self‑perform work teams.
• Accountability for project completion, financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.

Physical Requirements
