  • Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
  • Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience running multiple complex, highly technical projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all project team members: Project Engineers, Superintendents.
  • Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast‑paced growth.
  • Control costs, billings, and collections for assigned projects.
  • Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect.
  • Ensure project completion, financial accountability, and customer satisfaction.

Job description

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Electrical Construction experience. This critical leadership role is responsible for providing direction to the project team to complete projects on time while maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and customer loyalty. The Electrical Project Manager will lead day‑to‑day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of a project.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage all project team members: Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators.
  • Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast‑paced growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate understanding and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of EIG.
  • Maintain 100% detailed and hands‑on knowledge of project scope.
  • Control costs, billings, and collections for assigned projects.
  • Act as the key point of contact with owner and architect.
  • Challenge and support jobsite and self‑perform work teams.
  • Accountability for project completion, financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., Prolog), accounting cost management software (e.g., CMIC), and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera).

Education and Experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
  • Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with running multiple complex, highly technical projects preferably within core markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Project Management within Electrical Commercial Construction.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Travel to and from the office as well as assigned job site(s).
