Job summary

Linamar is seeking a Project Coordinator in the United States, Michigan, Fruitport to oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects. You will work with team members to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will collect and prepare reports, coordinate meetings and events, and support safety initiatives by maintaining training records and compliance files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and completion of projects.
• Collect and scan reports and documents.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as requested.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and company events.
• Support safety initiatives by maintaining training records and compliance files.
• Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication.
