Job summary

World Relief is seeking a Program Officer to serve as an internal liaison ensuring grants and programs run smoothly across multiple country offices. The role focuses on compliance, reporting, budget management, and consortium coordination.

You will work with the Humanitarian Response Portfolio to support rapid activation and ensure alignment with WR policies, CHS standards, and donor expectations while collaborating with home office and field teams.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills and ability to draft donor narratives, program designs, and reports.
• Experience in international development, non-profit, or mission work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grants and programs across country offices and HO stakeholders.
• Lead grant/program compliance with donor and WR policies.
• Support budget development, tracking, and financial reporting.
• Prepare quarterly programmatic and financial reporting across funding sources.
• Assist in proposal development and donor submissions.
