Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with substance use, mental health and/or intervention programs in a criminal justice setting required.
• CSSD funded or Wheeler Clinic program experience may substitute for experience with approval.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for program goals and funder requirements.
• Determines staffing needs, hires and trains staff, and supervises accordingly.
• Mitigates team conflict and sets clear expectations.
• Conducts performance evaluations and supports staff development.
• Identifies areas for process improvement and implements solutions.
• Develops annual program budget and manages fiscal priorities.
• Provides program coverage outside normal hours as needed.
